Dr. Kristin Daley on How to Sleep Better as a Couple (Katie Couric Media)
I am an incredibly visual person, and I love solving complicated puzzles. My clients typically have these questions:
Why do I do what I do?
Why can’t I control this really important thing?
How can I communicate better with the people that matter?
What can I do to get my needs met?
Can I actually resolve this issue?
I will always tell you why we are doing what we are doing, as I think it is really important to gain understanding of the brain patterns that can interfere with our ability to do well. Some of our work will feel like physical therapy, whereas some of our work will feel like coaching. I may be able to see more of your path, but the journey is up to you.
